About Elizabeth

Born here. Rooted here.

Before real estate, I spent years in corporate sales and management — first with the phone company, then in industrial sales. That work taught me how to listen, solve a problem, and keep my word. I brought all of it with me when I got licensed in 2004.

I was born and raised in the New Orleans metro area. My family's roots run back to the Italian families who immigrated here generations ago, so this city has never been a market to me — it's home. On a good Saturday you'll find me at the farmers market loading up on fresh produce, or driving out to the Gulf Coast and Mississippi with family.

What keeps me in this work is simple. I love helping families build their dream memories and their future wealth. Watching a good decision today turn into security for the next generation — that part never gets old.

What I Do

Where I do my best work

Primary focus

First-time buyers

My approach with a nervous first-timer is to be the person you can rely on for any question or concern, from step one to closing. I take you through every initial step, we move at your pace, and you always know what comes next. No question is too small.

Specialty

New construction

I've specialized in new construction for most of my career, including launching neighborhoods from the ground up. I know how to read a builder's contract, track a timeline, and protect you through every inspection and walk-through the builder's own agent won't.

Where I Work

The neighborhoods I know cold

McDonoghville

"My residence since 2001."

McDonoghville has been my home since 2001, so I know its streets the way you only can after two decades. Tucked along the West Bank just across the river from downtown, it's one of the oldest pockets in the metro area, with a quiet, lived-in feel newer subdivisions can't fake. You'll find a mix of historic shotgun houses, raised cottages, and mid-century homes, many on deep lots with mature trees. Prices tend to land well below the famous historic districts, which makes it one of the strongest values for a first-time buyer who wants character without an Uptown price tag. The location is the quiet advantage: minutes from the Crescent City Connection, a short hop to downtown, and close to the ferry at Algiers Point. Families like the space and the slower pace; investors like the entry prices and steady rental demand. After living here more than twenty years, I don't have to guess which streets stay high and dry and where the real deals surface — I'll walk you block by block. Have questions about the West Bank? Call me at 504-583-5115.

Algiers Point

"Near my neighborhood."

Algiers Point is the West Bank's crown jewel and one of the most walkable historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. A two-minute ferry ride drops you in the heart of downtown, yet the Point feels like its own small town — brightly painted Creole cottages, Victorian doubles, and Eastlake shotguns lining streets shaded by old oaks. It sits on some of the highest ground in the area, part of why its homes have held value so well. Expect a range that runs from approachable for a renovated cottage to a real premium for a restored Victorian near the levee. Buyers here want character, a true neighborhood feel, and an easy commute without paying Garden District prices. The levee path along the river is a daily ritual — joggers, dog walkers, and skyline views at sunset. Because inventory is limited and turnover is low, good listings move fast, so being pre-approved and ready matters more here than in many parts of town. It's near my own neighborhood, so I keep a close eye on what comes up and can help you move quickly. Want to tour Algiers Point? Reach me at 504-583-5115.

Lakeview

"Near my daughter's former high school."

Lakeview is where many New Orleans families go for space, newer construction, and good schools close to the lake. The neighborhood was largely rebuilt after 2005, so a large share of homes are newer or fully renovated — elevated and modern builds with efficient systems and the kind of square footage that's hard to find in the historic core. That makes it one of my favorite recommendations for move-up buyers and growing families, and it's near my daughter's former high school, so I know the area well. Prices generally sit in the upper-middle of the metro market, with new construction and lakefront-adjacent streets commanding more. You're minutes from City Park — the sculpture garden, the golf course, miles of trails — and a quick drive to the lakefront for sailing and sunset walks. The grid is calm and residential, popular with professionals who want a yard and a garage without leaving the city. Because so much of the housing stock is newer, this is strong territory for buyers who specifically want new construction, which is my specialty. I can compare a builder's spec home against a recent renovation and tell you where your money goes further. Curious about Lakeview? Call me at 504-583-5115.

Garden District

"My family roots."

The Garden District is where my own family's roots run deep, and it's the New Orleans neighborhood most people picture first — for good reason. Its tree-lined streets hold some of the most photographed 19th-century homes in the country: Greek Revival and Italianate mansions with cast-iron galleries, deep porches, and the gardens that give the district its name. This is the high end of the New Orleans market, where restored historic homes command premium prices, though you'll also find condos and smaller cottages on the edges that open the door for buyers who want the address without the mansion. The St. Charles streetcar runs along the district's spine, putting Magazine Street's shops and restaurants and the universities a short ride away. Buyers here are often luxury buyers, relocating professionals, and families who want history, walkability, and a setting that exists nowhere else. Owning here comes with real responsibility — historic guidelines, older systems, the upkeep grand homes demand — and I'll walk you through all of it honestly before you fall for a façade. I grew up around these streets, so I can tell you which blocks suit which lifestyles and what restoration usually costs. Thinking about the Garden District? Reach me at 504-583-5115.

French Quarter

"Love the history."

The French Quarter is the oldest neighborhood in New Orleans and, to me, the most romantic — I love the history in every wall. Living here means owning a piece of the 18th and 19th centuries: Creole townhouses, hidden courtyards, wrought-iron balconies, and roofs that have weathered three centuries. It's a true urban neighborhood where you walk to everything — the river, the market, the cafés — and rarely start your car. Inventory is small and tightly held, so prices reflect both rarity and history; expect a premium for any property inside the Quarter, with condos and pieds-à-terre offering an entry point below the full townhouse range. Buyers here are often second-home owners, investors drawn to strong rental demand, and people who simply want to live inside the most storied square mile in America. Owning in the Quarter is unlike owning anywhere else — preservation rules through the Vieux Carré Commission, party-wall construction, and the rhythms of a neighborhood that never fully sleeps. I'll help you understand what you're really buying, from courtyard upkeep to noise and parking, so the romance comes with no surprises. Want to explore the French Quarter? Call me at 504-583-5115.

How I work

1

Discovery

We start with a real conversation about your goals, motivation, and what you actually want from a home.

2

The process

I walk you through every stage before we begin, so nothing about buying catches you off guard.

3

Client portal

I set you up in the client portal so listings, documents, and updates all live in one place.

4

Pre-approval

We start pre-approval early, so you know your real numbers before you fall for a house.

5

A plan

We set a realistic timeframe and build a viewing plan around your schedule, not mine.

Why Work With Me

Reliable is the word my clients use most

And I've worked hard to earn it. I don't disappear after the offer. I stay in it with you until the keys are in your hand — and usually long after.

Last year I helped a first-time buyer close on her home at 51. She told me she couldn't have done it without me, and she's since put me on what she calls her forever referral list. Those moments are the whole reason I do this.

I've also been here for the hard chapters. After Hurricane Katrina, with the metro area underwater and displaced, I had a new-construction neighborhood with nine homes under contract and no one knew how fast the city would recover.

One family had just lost everything in St. Bernard. They walked onto my construction site exhausted — and they still live in the home I sold them. I don't give up on people, and I don't give up on this city.

What I Believe

Here's something I'll say plainly: the streets across the New Orleans metro area need real repair. I'd rather be honest about the city's challenges than sell you a postcard. Knowing the full picture — the good and the work in progress — is how you make a confident decision.

What I won't do

I won't step on another agent's toes, and I will never slander anyone in this business. The deal matters, but how it gets done matters just as much.

Questions Buyers Ask

Straight answers

We start with a short discovery conversation about your goals and budget, then get you pre-approved so you know your real numbers. From there I set you up in the client portal and we begin viewing homes. Most buyers go from accepted offer to closing in about 30 to 45 days, depending on financing and inspections. I give you a realistic timeline up front so there are no surprises.

It's always a good time when you are ready and motivated. When the home and the financing fit your life, that's the right moment — not a date on a calendar. I'll pull current numbers for the neighborhoods you're considering so the decision is grounded in today's market, not a headline.

For most buyers, my guidance through the search, offer, and closing comes at no separate cost to you, since agent compensation is typically handled within the transaction. I'll always explain exactly how it works in writing before you sign anything, so you know what you're agreeing to. My job is to keep money in your pocket through smart negotiation — not add a surprise bill at the end.

Yes, and it's where I spend much of my time. New construction means reading the builder's contract carefully, tracking the build timeline, and protecting you through inspections and walk-throughs a resale home doesn't have. The builder's on-site agent works for the builder, not for you. Having your own REALTOR® at the table costs you nothing and makes sure your interests are represented from contract to closing.

Today's status in the New Orleans metro area is showing it's a buyer's market with room to negotiate. That means motivated buyers have more leverage on price, repairs, and closing costs than they did a couple of years ago. Conditions shift block by block, so before you make a move I'll pull current numbers for the exact neighborhoods you're considering and tell you honestly where you stand.
